This journey began as a prayer to do more. I had a lot of thoughts including a Gathering of Native followers of Jesus, a local coffeehouse to provide a safe space to gather that doesn’t serve alcohol, a a thrift store to offer training and hire those that many won’t hire giving them a second chance… and more!
Then God clarified the direction and priorities of my heart as we have been meeting weekly at our Gathering in LdF which is starting small, but strong! https://www.facebook.com/GatheringatLdF/
Next a long-term residential recovery center using all of my experience, training and education to create a place of healing first for men and then for women. I am excited that the Lord took this first prayer and brought us the point that we are now in planning to open the doors at Yahweh Warrior Lodge, a Northwoods Training Ground on these beautiful wooded 16 acres! https://www.yahwehwarriorlodge.org/

I am in awe that I get to live in such a time as this and be a part of what my Creator and Savior desires to do to show His love and His healing restoring power.
I fully believe that…
Sometime soon, a man will walk through the doors of Yahweh Warrior Lodge carrying the weight of a difficult past.
Odds are he has lost relationships. Burned bridges.
Odds are he has been in treatment or jail or both in his past.
There is a good chance he feels like he has run out of chances.
But when he arrives here, he will not be treated like a failure.
He will be welcomed as a Warrior.
He will step into a Northwoods Training Ground to a place of brotherhood, meaningful work, daily discipline, and spiritual growth where he will start the healing process and his journey to freedom.
He will discover he was designed and created with purpose — that the Creator isn’t finished with him yet— and that God can restore what addiction has taken from him.
For many men, a place like this simply does not exist.
That is why we are working hard to open the doors of Yahweh Warrior Lodge this summer as I know it will be a place where men journey into lasting freedom.
I still have the remaining hopes and dreams so grateful for many others that have joined me on this journey believing that they also prayed to the God Who hears and answers.
What is next? I am fulling believing the thrift store and coffeehouse will be a reality having faith in God knowing His plans never fail.
Do YOU have a prayer as well?
I fully believe that you too were designed by our Creator to be on this earth at this time and place and I know that it was for such a time as this.
